Hera Güneş Barlowe is a Turkish actor, artist, and writer, based in New York City, originally from Istanbul, Türkiye.

Known for her versatility and global perspective, she is passionately dedicated to using her life to create and spread awareness for issues affecting women, and the environment.

Raised on film sets with her director parents, Hera developed an early understanding of the hard work that the craft requires and the nuances of working on set.

Since graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts 2 years ago with a merit grant, she has been on Off-Broadways shows, Dream on Baransky, and Big Wave. Became a proud member of the AEA. Co-wrote and staged, Stain, a play about abortion rights at the Tank. Became the lead in multiple in indie films.

In her free time, she loves to travel to experience new cultures, meet new people and hear their stories. She also loves to paint, sing, and help animals.
